The City of Del Mar (“City”) is seeking qualifications from qualified vendors to provide municipal parking and administrative citation processing services.

Examples of services required include, but are not limited to, processing written and electronic parking and administrative citations; providing Registered Owner data retrieval services; processing payments; corresponding both verbally and in written form with individuals in receipt of a citation; storage, back-up, and reporting of all City citation data; electronic handheld citation writing units including software, licensing fees, and support; adjudication services including appeal, review, hearings, and online protest capability; agency and public internet access; License Plate Reading (LPR) technology; and collection services.
