Request for Proposals
On-Call Regulatory Compliance and Environmental Permitting Assistance
The City of Davis is soliciting proposals to provide on-call services for regulatory compliance and environmental permitting assistance for the City of Davis. The intent of this RFP is to have consultants under contract to be available to provide services to support City work related to adherence to regulatory requirements, auditing programs, and permit assistance, on-call, if the City should need them.
The contract will be for a period of two years from the signing of the document. Two two-year extensions to the agreement may be made if both parties agree, for a total of six years.

Questions about this RFP are required to be submitted to Jennifer Cariglio by April 6, 2023 at 4:00pm. Questions submitted after the due date or via phone will not be accepted. All substantive questions and answers will be published via an addendum posted here and distributed to interested parties.
Submittal Information
Companies interested in submitting a proposal for this project should respond to this RFP with an email proposal providing all the information requested. The proposal will be considered complete only if all of the items listed under the Proposal Requirements are included.
Proposals shall be delivered via email to Jennifer Cariglio at jcariglio@cityofdavis.org on or before 4:00 pm, Thursday, April 20, 2023 with subject line: On-Call Regulatory Compliance and Environmental Permitting Assistance Proposal 2023.
No hard copy proposals will be accepted.
