The City of Coronado (City) seeks proposals from real estate brokers/firms to lease real property located at 1715 Strand Way, Coronado, CA, 92118, within the Glorietta Bay Marina facility. It is the intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) to have the successful broker/firm, enter into an Agreement for Professional Services with the City of Coronado to supply real estate services as outlined herein.

Centrally located adjacent to City Hall, the historic Hotel Del Coronado and Coronado's vibrant downtown MainStreet, the Glorietta Bay Marina features Bellingham dock systems with 100 slips ranging in size from 20 feet to 110 feet. Each slip includes electrical power, water and cable/internet connections. Showers, restrooms, and a coin operated laundry are provided on-site for tenants and guests. The Glorietta Bay Marina offers both transient and permanent docks.
