A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at 2251 Elkins Way, Brentwood, CA 94513 on Tuesday, October 25, 2022, starting at 11 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time. At this meeting, the City and its consultants will present the scope of work, Project funding and Proposal submission requirements.
