The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Pacific West Area (PWA) has a construction requirement to replace/upgrade greenhouse vents and accessories at 800 Buchanan Street Albany, CA 94710. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, and supervision performing all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications for this requirement.
In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $250,000 and $500,000.
A single organized site visit has been scheduled for Tues., April 04, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. PT. For the site visit, we ask the following:
The names of any visitors, whether or not they are US citizens (if not, they should bring a passport), and limit to no more than three people per company. All individuals interested in attending the site visit should pre-register by emailing:
lam.pham@usda.gov ; rajiv.singh@usda.gov; and chris.mehelis@usda.gov;
no later than 9:00 a.m. PT Friday, March 31, 2023 with a list of names of attendees. This is necessary to ensure that the site is prepared for the number of visitors expected.
