Description

The VA Loma Linda Healthcare System (VALLHS) is seeking to add an As-Built Mini Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) leased space in the City of Riverside. This leased space will be used as an outpatient clinic that provides health care services to hundreds of veterans in the surrounding area.



The space being requested is 5,000 Net Usable Square Feet (NUSF). This lease will be for 5 years due to both immediate and future known requirements.



All submissions must be received no later than 5:00 PM PST on Friday, December 16, 2022 to Ralph Fontela, Contract Specialist, via e-mail at raphael.fontela@va.gov.
