Description



AFTC/PZZE at Edwards AFB is looking for quotes to rent equipment. Please review attached documents for details.



EVALUATION CRITERIA: Order will be awarded to the vendor with the lowest priced, technically acceptable (LPTA) quote that reflects the best value to the government. In accordance with FAR 8.405-1(f), the following factors may also be considered (in addition to price):



(1) Past performance.



(2) Special features of the supply or service required for effective program performance.



(3) Trade-in considerations.



(4) Probable life of the item selected as compared with that of a comparable item.



(5) Warranty considerations.



(6) Maintenance availability.



(7) Environmental and energy efficiency considerations.



(8) Delivery terms.

-Details regarding any warranties or support plans applicable to this purchase
