Description View Changes

The US Forest Service has a need for storage/ small office, or a combination of space, between 300 and 560 SF ABOA. Space may be a single room/office, or a combination of contiguous rooms/offices. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Secured parking is preferred, however open parking may be acceptable provided GOV parking spots are reserved and clearly marked as such.
