Pacific Southwest Research Station has a requirement for Janitorial Services at 4955 Canyon Crest Drive, Riverside, CA 92507. This requirement will include a base year and four option years. This requirement and subsequent award is issued as a combined Synopsis/Solicitation IAW FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procidures.

Offerors are requested to review all attachments to this solicitation, and provide the required information indicated below to have their quote considered responsive:

a) Email a signed copy of the attached Standard Form 1449, prior to bid closing date.

b) Email and use the Schedule of Items as a bid sheet see pages 3 and 4 of the solicitation, and submit a quote prior to bid closing date and time. NOTE: Offeror/Quote must include base year plus all option years.

c) Review Evlauation Factors for Award on pages 6 and 7 of the solicitation.
