The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to sole source to Rexford Industrial Realiy, Inc. to upgrade and relocate the exisiting telephone equipment system from the San Diego Field Office (SDFO), Law Enforcement Coordination Center (LEEC). This requirement is for the San Diego Field Office. Please see attached for the Sole Source Justification for only one responsible source that can meet the agencies minimum need under FAR Part 13
