General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:



State: AZ



City: Show Low & Pinetop



Delineated Area: City Limits of Show Low, AZ & City Limits of Pinetop, AZ



Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,500 ABOA USF



Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,900 ABOA USF



Space Type: Office



Parking Spaces (Total): 12 designated

Full Term: 180 Months



Firm Term: 120 Months

Additional Requirements:




  • Usable square footage denoted above includes the following: min 3,500 - max 3,800 USF of office space and min 1,000 – max 1,100 USF of adjacent vehicle storage (can be secured outdoor space, warehouse or garage)

  • Office space must be contiguous

  • Office space must be located on 2nd floor or higher

  • Floors load must be capable of supporting up to 1,000 lbs

  • 1st floor space may considered if meets specific Government security requirements

  • Must not be located within 400’-0” of public defenders, probation offices, IRS, universities

  • Must not be located within 640’-0” of hazardous materials transportation/storage facilities as defined by ISC

  • Must provide 24-hour access to space

  • Any provided elevator service must be available 365 days per year



Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 500 year flood plain.



Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
