Contract Title: Basewide Appliance Leasing, Vandenberg Space Force Base, California

Notice to Potential Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this Request for Quote until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this Request for Quote, either before or after the closing date. In the even the Government cancels this Requets for Quote, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

This Request for Quote is for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional informatmion included inthis notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 532210, "Consumer Electronics and Appliance Rental," with a size standard of $41.5 million.

Please see the attached Performance Work Statement for a description of the required services. Also see the attached Request for Quote document and for quote submission instructions, estimated period of performance, applicable clauses and provisions, and other information pertaining to this acquisition.

This contract will be Firm-Fixed Price per the Contract Line Item Number structure outlined in Attachment 2 - Pricing Schedule.

All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). Lack of registration in the SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award.
