The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) seeks to lease the following office ans technical shop space. This is an expression of interest only. .
Indoor Space: Approximately 4,820 USF of office/warehouse space.
Outdoor/Wareyard Space (secured fence) for parking and heavy equipment: 3,750 SF
A 14' rollup door is required for deliveries.
Onsite reserved parking for 10 vehicles within a fenced enclosure that is ABAAS compliant. Access to an additional 10 spaces must be available and can be on street parking.
The building must be within a ten (10) mile radius from 4780 Shiloh Way, Los Alamitos, CA 90720. The delineated area is as follows:
North - Point of beginning at the intersection of I-710 and Route 91.
East - eastbound to Route 91/I-5 intersection and Magnolia Ave
South - southbound on Magnolia Ave to Rt 22/which intersects with I-405.
West - continue westbound on I-405/Route 22 to the intersection of I-710. Northbound on I-710 back to the point of beginning.
The proposed spaces must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the lease. A full description of these requirements is available upon request.
Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).
All submissions should include the following information.
1. Name of owner,
2. Age of building,
3. Total existing gross square feet,
4. Site plan depicting the building and parking,
5. Floor plan and gross square footage of proposed space,
6. Identification of on-site parking,
7. Address or described location of building.
8. Location on map demonstrating the building lies within the delineated area,
9. Evidence of ownership, if building submitted by owner. Non-Owners (e.g. brokers) must provide evidence of authority by property owner to submit the property, and
10. Any information related to title issues, easements, or restrictions on the use of the building.
Respondents are advised that the FAA assumes no responsibility to award a lease based upon responses to this announcement, and the FAA will not reimburse any costs associated with responses to this announcement.
