Description

The United States Coast Guard is seeking at least 1100 BOMA Rentable Square Feet, yielding a minimum of no more than 10% less of BOMA Usable Square Feet of secure office space on one contiguous floor, to house Coast Guard Recruiting Command personnel. This space should have the capability to house 5 to 8 people during a standard workday. It will also need to contain a kitchenette, storage area, IT closet, and unisex bathroom.



Space must be available no later than 7/31/2023



Within a 30 mile raduis from the Sacramento MEPS (Military Entrance Processing Station, located at 1651 Alhambra Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95816.



Lease term 1 year lease with 4 options to renew
