UPDATE - The purpose of this change is to post the Request for Information (RFI) Questions and Responses. No questions will be responded to via phone calls, all questions have to be submitted in writing to POCs listed and responses posted for all potential vendors to see.



Combined Synopsis/Solicitation



Provide temporary tents for various functions, sponsors, as well as invited guests in a sequestered area to experience the open house activities during the Southern California Air Show at March Field on 22-23 April 2023 (set-up shall begin on 18 April 2023 with clean-up and removal on 24 April 2023).



For more detailed information, please see -SOW Tents Airshow- attached to this combined synopsis/solicitation in SAM.gov. The attached SOW is included under -List of Attachments- for this RFQ.



SAM.gov registration shall be required and must be completed by any vendor anticipating award.
