LIGHT SERVICE SUPPORT VEHICLE (LSSV) PLATFORM/TRUCK BED AND ELECTRONICS UPGRADE PACKAGE

FOR THE USAF CONTINGENCY RESPONSE WING

Introduction: THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY – This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes, as a means for the Government to conduct market research, identifying interested parties and their capability to provide Platform/Truck Bed and Electronic upgrades to Light Service Support Vehicle (LSSV) for the USAF Expeditionary Center (EC) Contingency Response (CR) forces in accordance with (IAW) the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW).

Responses to this notice will be considered and will help the Government dictate a path forward. All business categories will be considered to include large businesses.

Note: The Government is contemplating Blanket Purchasing Agreement

Contractor Capability: The contractor shall be responsible for LSSV platform/truck bed and electronics upgrades it include installation, transportation, and warranty work for the USAF 621st Contingency Response Group located at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ for the USAF 821st Contingency Response Group located at Travis AFB, CA. The work will involve building and installing of custom platform beds and installing supplied electronics items on Military Spec 2016-2027 Ford F-350 crew cab, long bed trucks. The exact quantity is undetermined at this time but will be no more than 48 vehicles. meeting or exceeding the requirements identified in the attached draft SOW.

Responses to Notice: Responses to this notice shall be limited to three pages and submitted on SAM.gov, GSA E-Buy, and by email to Contract Specialist, Ms. Christina Vargas (christina.vargas.1@us.af.mil), and Contracting Officer, TSgt Sarah Brown (sarah.brown.22@us.af.mil).

Responses are due no later than Thursday, 30 MARCH 2023 by 4pm Eastern Standard Time.

The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 336211 with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,000 Employees. The Product Service Code is 2310. Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to respond; however, each respondent must clearly identify their business size in their response under the applicable NAICS of 336211.

Respondents shall not be obligated to provide the services/items described herein.

Responses from interested vendors should address the following items:

Confirmation that your company can provide the requested items in the SOW.

Provide company socio-economic status (i.e. Small, Small Disadvantages Women-Owned, etc.) under identified NAICS and company profile to include, CAGE Code, DUNs number. Also, please provide the GSA contract number and SIN the products are available under.
