This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 and subpart 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z08423QDL930305 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561720. The small business size standard is $19.5M. This solicitation is issued as a 100% Total HUBZone Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible HUBZone small business sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.

It is anticipated that one (1) contract consisting of one (1) one-year base period and, if exercised, four (4) one-year option periods will be awarded as a result of this synopsis/solicitation. The total duration of this contract shall not exceed five (5) years. Offerors that have this capability are invited to submit quotations in accordance with the requirements stipulated in this solicitation.
