The prospectus is being issued to solicit applications for a resort concession special use permit. A permit to provide high-quality public service in the operation and maintenance of government-owned facilities and improvements, including the general store and visitor center, Meeks Bay north and south campgrounds, 8 cabins, lake-front lodges, Kehlet Mansion, Meeks Bay House and Studio, snack bar, beach rental building, and day use area. Applications in response to this prospectus must be received by close of business (4:30 p.m. PT) on February 3, 2023. There is a scheduled site visit for October 5th, 2022.
