General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:





State: California



City: Los Angeles

Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 18,146



Space Type: Office

Option Term: One, 2-Year Option





Additional Requirements:




  • Space must be able to accommodate high density file cabinets (160 lbs / SF).

  • Occupancy must be located in contiguous space within a modern office building.

  • Offered space must be efficient and not present significant design constraints, column spacing, length to width ratio no more than 2:1.

  • The occupancy will need to comply with Facility Security Standard Level 2 and other security requirements determined by GSA.

  • 24/7 HVAC room for 210 SF to be provided.

  • Secure elevator to be provided for Tenant’s use.

  • 9 ft. minimum ceilings are required.



Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 0.2-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as 500-Year floodplain).



Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
